National Realty Investment Advisors hired Douglas Elliman to launch sales of a boutique townhouse project in Boynton Beach.
The real estate development firm, based in Secaucus, New Jersey, is starting sales about eight months after closing on construction financing for Gulf Stream Views, a 14-unit development on Old Ocean Boulevard.
Elliman’s Nick Malinosky is leading sales of the project, along with The Randy & Nick Team. Units start at $1.5 million and go up to $3.3 million. They range from 4,468 square feet to 4,611 square feet, all with four bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms.
The three-story townhouses are one block from the beach, and include private gardens with outdoor kitchens, heated salt water plunge pools, two-car garages and 10-foot ceilings. Richard Jones is the architect and the designer is Carrie Leigh Designs, according to an Elliman spokesperson.
NRIA plans to complete the townhouses in 2020.
The developer paid $5.4 million for the 2-acre site and scored a $16.5 million loan from Trez Forman for the land and development.
The quiet beachfront town of Boynton, located between Boca Raton and West Palm Beach, has seen new apartment and senior living development in recent years but few new condo projects.
